BBQ Chicken Pizza
As you know, I’m a massive fan of any pizza recipe. While it’s not “authentic” by any means, BBQ chicken pizza is a classic fusion twist on pizza. My version is reminiscent of the CPK signature BBQ chicken pizza, with mozzarella, smoked gouda, red onion, cilantro, and, of course, saucy BBQ chicken.
Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce
This recipe is ALL about the creamy, dreamy peanut sauce! This peanut sauce is so delectable, you could practically eat it with a spoon (not judging). But it’s also perfect for drizzling and/or dunking your chicken or even on a side of rice.
Chorizo Potato Tacos with Avocado Tomatillo Salsa
Arguably my favorite part of this recipe is the avocado tomatillo salsa. Just look at that gorgeous pop of green! It’s creamy, zesty and just slightly spicy and a perfect compliment to the savory and rich taco filling.
Spicy Hawaiian Hot Dogs
In true Hawaiian food flavor profile fashion, it hits on sweet, savory and spicy notes for the all around perfect bite. Your summer just won’t be complete without adding these to your next BBQ spread!
Pork Chile Verde
Big surprise, I use my Instant Pot to make this pork chile verde. The result is the most tender, juicy pork morsels you’ll ever taste, braised in a most flavorful, spicy verde sauce and done in just a fraction of the time in the pressure cooker.
Vietnamese Grilled Wings
I love Vietnamese-inspired chicken wings so much because of the umami boosters like fish sauce, lemongrass, lots of garlic and lime juice. The kiss of char these bad boys get on the grill just gives them that extra savory punch.
Quinoa Salad with Grilled Corn, Tomatoes and Avocado
This salad serves as both a healthy carb and veggie-packed side dish. With sweet, grilled corn, burst cherry tomatoes, lots of fresh herbs, creamy avocado and a zesty, lime vinaigrette, this salad screams summer.
Instant Pot Quesabirria Tacos
Quesabirria tacos are so hot right now! The Instant Pot is not only key to making the most succulent, flavorful beef you’ve ever tasted, but the consommé or leftover braising liquid for taco dunking.
Blackened Fish Tacos with Avocado Crema
One of my favorite Taco Tuesday recipes is my blackened fish tacos with avocado crema. Fish tacos may seem intimidating to make at home, but trust me when I say they are some of the easiest tacos to whip up and definitely some of the most delicious.
Turkey Chili with Lime Crema
his chili features bell pepper for peppery, sweetness, chipotle peppers for smoky, spiciness, a touch of brown sugar for a sweet, rich note and, finally, a touch of masa harina, corn flour, to thicken and subtle corn flavor.
