Korean BBQ Turkey Burgers

My Korean inspired turkey burgers are probably the perfect combination of ingredients: Korean BBQ sauce, spongy Hawaiian sweet buns, shredded Napa cabbage, cool and crisp thinly sliced cucumbers, more BBQ sauce (obviously) and, last but not least, a healthy schmear of Japanese Kewpie mayo is all it takes for the perfect bite.
