I can’t think of a recipe to make to say “goodbye” to summer than these peach, pesto, and burrata flatbreads. We’re talking juicy peaches, savory pesto, creamy burrata, peppery arugula, a squeeze of lemon, and a drizzle of honey to make for the ultimate sweet/savory combination.
Blistered Shishito Peppers with Dijon Mayo
A quick sauté in a hot pan with good olive oil, salt and pepper, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, then these babies are done and ready for snacking.
