Grilled Chile Lime Wings
Fact: I am never not craving wings. Whether it’s football season where they are a straight up, game-day requirement or just your average Tuesday, wings are possibly the love of my life.
While we usually like to bake them in the oven for easy cleanup and a uniquely crispy texture, when the weather and mood strikes, we just have to grill them up. The grill gets the wings not only super crispy as any good wing should be, but smoky and charred from a low and slow cooking process.
I’m also a tried and true buffalo sauce girl, but will not discriminate from any wing flavor combo. These chili lime wings feature a flavorful dry rub with lots of chili powder, cayenne, garlic powder and paprika rubbed on these bad boys made for a smoky, spicy wing. They’re hit with a fresh squeeze of lime juice hot off the grill for a zip of tangy freshness. Like any good wing, you know they are finger licking!
